BVN serves a pure vegetarian diet for its students, cooked in a hygienic kitchen by our expert catering staff. The menu includes a variety of delicious dishes - North Indian, South Indian, and sumptuous snacks - followed by an elaborate spread of desserts. The menu is planned in consultation with the nutritionist and the school doctor. Every day, four meals are served: breakfast, lunch, teatime snack, dinner, as well as milk and fruits in the morning. Students begin each meal with a prayer, relishing every morsel of food while maintaining the mess decorum. The quality of the food is maintained by the Mess Managers, who run the Mess very efficiently, meeting the nutritional and tasteful needs of our Boarders.
